Job description
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative(s) that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment with a go-getter attitude. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious prospective / client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making multiple calls per day, working in tandem with the onshore sales team, generating interest amongst our target audience, qualifying prospects and closing maximum sales business appointments.
Shift Timings: UK: 2 PM to 11 PM
The key responsibilities would include:
- Securing quality leads / business appointments for the onshore Business Development teams, various critical stakeholders within the delivery functions, and CRISIL senior management, including the CEO, and the heads of the various GR&A businesses.
- Working on and driving focused campaigns and business tours as part of the business strategy
- Providing support before, during, and after key franchise activities in terms of reachout, capturing leads from the event, sending thank-you mailers etc
- Secondary research to generate and validate quality leads for self and the team
- Some amount of MIS reporting on behalf of the team
Graduates/Post Graduates with experience in the Financial Markets (products and services) or experience in the BFSI sector would be preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint would be an added advantage
